Erin Dollar Clinical Supervisor

Erin Dollar is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) who has worked at Optimum Behavioral Health since August of 2013.  Erin pursued her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at a private college in San Diego.  She was introduced to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis upon graduation, beginning as a behavioral therapist at OBH.  In her experience as a direct provider, she developed a passion for working with children with disabilities, primarily those with ASD, in order to promote their independence and enhance their quality of life.

 

She later furthered her education in ABA by obtaining credentialing as an Assistant Behavior Analyst through the Florida Institute of Technology.  She now works as a program supervisor, which includes oversight of Registered Behavior Technicians, developing and monitoring of treatment plans, parent training meetings, and conducting functional behavioral assessments.  Her experience consists of working with clients of various ages, from early start to young adolescents, with varying presentations.  Her interests in the field include: early intervention services, current research, and the various applications of ABA.  She seeks to provide clients and families with comprehensive care that is individualized to their needs and based on behavior analytic principles.
