Lili Tabares

Clinical Supervisor, BCBA​

Liliana Tabares, M.A., BCBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in North County San Diego. She began working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a Registered Behavior Technician in 2015. As she continued to grow her passion for the field, she joined Optimum Behavioral Health (OBH) in 2018. She received her undergraduate degree from California State University San Marcos with a Bachelor of Psychology. She later pursued her master’s degree from Arizona State University in Applied Behavioral Analysis.

As part of the OBH team, Lili works closely with families providing ABA services in their homes and the clinic. Lili also provides supervision and behavioral support in the Carlsbad Unified School District. She has implemented a variety of behavior analytic techniques with children aged between 2 years old and 18 years old.

Her role with OBH has been to conduct Functional Behavior Analysis, create parent training programs and develop behavior and skill acquisition goals that will positively affect the development of those she works with. Lili continues to work hard to serve her clients and their families by making positive beneficial changes to their lives. She works closely with her team as well to be sure they are providing the highest quality of care for their clients.
