Carmen Bustamante-Ely, BCBA
Clinical SupervisorCarmen Bustamante-Ely, M.S, BCBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been in the field since 2018. She started out as an RBT working with clients ranging from 18 months -12 years old and has worked in the school setting and clinic setting in the recent years. Carmen also holds a Bachelors in Speech Language and Hearing Sciences from San Diego State University and continues to expand her knowledge in tandem with Applied Behavioral Analysis. She fosters interdisciplinary collaboration with Speech, Physical and Occupation Therapy to provide appropriate support for each and every client. These experiences led her to pursue a Masters in Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and gain her BCBA certification in February 2025.
As part of the Optimum Behavioral Team she mainly works in-home settings, providing support for RBT’s and providing Parent Training. She looks forward to continue to learn and expand her love and knowledge for the field of ABA.
