Ivory Randall
Lead Program Consultant Clinical Supervisor, BCBAIvory Q. Randall, M.Ed., BCBA is originally from Pennsylvania where she received a Bachelor’s in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University. She was introduced to the autism field while her professor presented research during a class she attended and has been devoted to the field ever since. After graduation Ivory moved to California and began her career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Ivory has experience working with clients of various ages, ranging from early intervention to adulthood, with varying presentations. She is compassionate about working with children and helping them reach their goals adaptively, communicatively and socially.
In 2016, Ivory began working at OBH as a RBT where through exemplary performance, professionalism and communication was later promoted to trainer of new hires. She provided coaching, modeling and demonstration of specific ABA strategies, reinforcement systems and more, in order for staff to smoothly transition into conducting independent sessions. As her knowledge and skill set of ABA therapy grew, this motivated her to pursue a career as a behavior analyst. She obtained her Master’s of Special Education, with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Pennsylvania State University in 2020. Ivory has since received her Board Certification in Behavior Analysis. She plans to expand her knowledge of ABA through continuing education units and seeks to improve the overall quality of life of clients and their families.
