Kaela Feinstein
Fieldwork Program Manager/Interviewer Clinical Supervisor, BCBAKaela Feinstein, BCBA received her undergraduate degree from the University of California Santa Barbara with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Kaela preformed her internship at UCSB at the Kogel Autism Center where she was exposed to a variety of teaching and learning techniques associated with developmental disabilities. She continued to purse this passion and was certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) shortly after graduating. Her work with Autism and other developmental disorders intensified and she enrolled in Ball State University in the Master’s Program for Applied Behavior Analysis. She has since received a master’s degree and Board Certification in Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Kaela has experience working with kids with severe problematic behaviors as well as a wide range of other disabilities. She hopes to continue to expand her knowledge in applied behavior analysis and is interested in research opportunities and parent training techniques
