Mia Chico
Clinical Supervisor, BCBAMia Chico, M.S., BCBA is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, who has been in the field since 2019. Mia started out as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), and has recently completed her Master’s Degree and Board Certification in 2023. Mia primarily works with children ages 2.5- 10 years old. Through her experience as an RBT she discovered her passion for making a positive impact on the families she’s privileged to work with.
In 2015, Mia graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Ateneo de Manila University, Philippines and went on to earn a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University, San Diego. She moved to San Diego from the Philippines in 2017, and is originally from Guam. Since moving to the mainland, Mia has continued to be passionate about providing quality service to her community.
She currently works as a clinical supervisor, overseeing cases, providing training and assistance to staff, and offering assistance to families and parents. Mia’s goal is to improve the quality of life of those she serves, to the best of her ability. Her journey reflects dedication, growth, and a genuine commitment to creating positive changes in the lives of those she serves.
