Ryan Pace
Director of Educational Programming, Education Specialist, M. Ed.Ryan Pace, M.Ed, has a wide range of experience working in the fields of special education, school districts and Applied Behavior Analysis. Ryan has been working with children, adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities since 2001. He began his career as a behavioral therapist and paraprofessional aide for ABA services in a school setting at The Institute for Effective Education. After graduating from San Diego State University, he continued to pursue his knowledge in Psychology/Education and graduated with a degree in education from University of San Diego in 2005. He continued to work for The Center for Autism, Research, Evaluation and Service in San Diego, California who served children in both home and school settings with a wide range of disabilities, as well as having moderate to severe behavior challenges. Through the years, he has continued to thrive on the success of his client’s achievements within their school, community and home environments. Ryan currently serves as the Regional Director of School Programming in North County San Diego. He works closely with Carlsbad Unified School District and hopes to expand the school services that are being provided into other districts within the county.
