Victoria Koci is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who finds it important to collaborate with other members of a child’s service team and build a trusting, professional relationship with parents of the children she serves. Every job she has held has involved working with children whether it be birthday parties or summer camp. She was able to build this joy into a career and in November 2021, found her way to Optimum Behavioral Health. Victoria began her work in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis in 2013 as a direct therapist, received her Masters degree in Psychology in May 2017, and went onto become a BCBA in August 2017. Throughout the years, she has worked with children ages 2 through 14 with varying levels of problematic behavior and developmental needs.
