Each clinical supervisor at OBH provides case oversight, is responsible for program outcomes, and provides direction and guidance to direct care and para-professional staff. In terms of direct service, OBH trains and utilizes only Registered Behavior Technicians, a national credential achieved through the Behavior Analytic Certification Board to ensure continuity and a superior level of training/expertise in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis.
